William (Bill) Wiles, having been in the industry for 30+ years, saw the necessity for a more hands on, collision based tech company. He built the idea in the body shop world and EMT was created for that sole purpose. EMT is here to help our clients operation run more efficiently while protecting their customers and providing clarity about electronic repairs, but most of all to protect the everyday driver and their families. By creating his one of a kind process, he strives to ensure that vehicles go home as safe as possible with no needed operations missed and to treat everyone like family.
